Ingredients
- 3 cups Sea Best Cooked Shrimp, thawed and cut into large chunks
- 1 stick butter
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 box thin spaghetti
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- Parmigiano cheese to grate over top
Directions
- Stew shrimp in a pan with the butter and oil for 2 minutes. Add chili flakes and salt, and sauté until shrimp is warmed.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep shrimp warm while pasta cooks.
- When pasta is finished cooking and hot, reserve a spoonful of pasta water and drain. Add pasta and pasta water to the shrimp-butter mixture. Add the spinach and toss evenly to wilt the greens.
- Top with cheese.
- Serve immediately.
