Seasoned Selections are perfect for nights when your energy’s spent, but you still have a taste for something delicious. Here’s an easy way to whip up a complete meal while still keeping the steps simple.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Sea Best Seasoned Selections Tuscan Mahi
  • 1 package pre-cut frozen vegetables
  • Aluminum foil (for packets)

Directions

  1. Fold aluminum foil to create a square foil packet that is closed on three sides. 
  2. Place two servings of frozen vegetables in foil packet. 
  3. Remove Mahi fillets and flavor puck from package and place on top of vegetables in packet. Close open end of foil packet.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
