Golden breaded scallops receive an indulgent complement with a creamy sauce made with Dijon mustard and fresh chives.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons rice wine
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) Sea Best Breaded Clam Strips, Breaded Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp, Breaded Calamari, Breaded Popcorn Shrimp and/or Breaded Scallops
Directions
- In small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, rice wine, chives and mustard.
- Cook Sea Best® breaded products according to package directions until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with dip.
